Delete your KBOOM account

KBOOM - Esport Fan App is published by Bloometa. You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, in one of three ways. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.

1. In the KBOOM app

• Open your profile, then tap your name to edit your account.
• Tap Delete My Account, then Delete forever.

2. On the website

• Sign in at kboom.gg and open Settings.
• Open Edit Account, scroll to the Danger Zone and choose Delete My Account.
• Enter your password (leave it empty if you sign in with Google, Apple or Discord), then choose Delete forever.

3. By email

Write to contact@kboom.gg from the email address of your account, with your username, and ask us to delete it. We confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

4. What is deleted

• Your account: username, email address, password and profile picture.
• Your game data: Fantasy teams and cards, predictions, missions, XP, Gems and Gold.
• Your settings, notification preferences and device push tokens.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a KBOOM Pro subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in your store account settings first.

5. What is kept

• Payment records for purchases (Gems or KBOOM Pro), which Apple, Google or our payment provider keep as the law requires.
• Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.
